During our full-home inspections, we leave no stone unturned. During our visual process, we check several areas to see if everything is safe, and running properly, we and will continue to do so in the future. This not only verifies proper installation but also adequate operation. Though we do not perform any repairs on your home, we provide you with an all-encompassing and easy-to-read report.

New Construction Inspections

It’s always better to be safe rather than sorry. With these specialized inspections, our team will come in at the completion of construction prior to the final walk through with the builder’s customer service rep or superintendent. We will methodically check if any last-minute items were completed and present you with a complete report.

Please schedule these inspections one or two days before your final walk-through. It is also a good idea to verify that utilities such as gas, water, and electric have been turned on prior to the inspection.
